Argan Oil..

I feel like I may have been the last person to jump on the bandwagon here, but I absolutely love the smell of Argon Oil. I discovered it at work one day, when the very nice ladies at The Body Shop delivered us some small samples of their new Argan Oil range. I kid you not, it smelt so good that my boyfriend went out a few days later and bought the body butter. I can't even describe how nice is smells, but I now use it every day after I shower. I own quite a lot of body butters, but they have now been put on hold so I can use this. The butter is so rich and creamy, the smell literally lasts on your skin all day, which is amazing!

I originally wanted the lip balm, as I have a bad habit of constantly using lip balm, which dries them out even more! However, you apparently can't get the balm on it's own.. only in a gift set, which I think is pretty unfair really. However, because my family and friends are so kind, my boyfriends parents treated me to the Argan Oil gift set. Though I must say, know I've got it, I don't want to use it all up! I'm trying to restrict my usage to make it last as long as possible! Please tell me i'm not the only weird person that does this?

I love the fact that you also get a pretty large hand cream in the set too, which is pretty nice since the body butter is too thick for your hands. The hand cream is a lot thinner, and so a little goes a long way with it. It's also quite a nice pale orange colour, I guess it's more concentrated? Whereas, the body butter and lip balm are almost cream/yellow.

I've not tried the shower gel much yet, because of the same reason above, but it is so concentrated and strong smelling. As you can probably tell by now, my whole body smells of argan oil, I even use a shampoo with the essence.
Does anybody else enjoy the smell, or have a similar obsession with another smell? Let me know, so I wont feel quite as bad! haha!

Simple | Revitalising Eye Roll On

If you're anything like me, you'll wake up in the morning with red, puffy eyes. I don't know why it effects me more than most, but I constantly look like I've either been crying, or skipped sleep. Now if you know me, you'll know I love my sleep, so, I don't know, maybe it's just genetic? But what I do know, is this little beauty has now found a permanent home in my make-up bag.
I originally went into boots to look for a decent concealer to cover my ridiculously puffy eyes. I've been looking everywhere for a concealer that will cover my blue veins, whilst still being able to blend in to my make-up and cover my puffy eyes... Not much then eh? In the process of searching the store for this non-existent concealer, I found a revitalising eye roll on by Simple. I use quite a few moisturisers and make-up removers by Simple, so I thought I may as well give it a go. It's such an easy process too; you roll it in circular motions under your eyes, to work the gel in. Any remaining gel should just be 'dabbed' in to your skin with your finger. I should warn you, the metal ball is extremely cold, especially when using it first thing in the morning!
The roll on is a thin gel that contains cucumber, vitamins and a lot of water! I love the fact that they use only natural ingredients, and make it clear that there are no added colours or chemicals. So even people with the most sensitive of skin can use it. At £5.49 this is an absolute bargain. I use it every day, and have had the product for around three months now, so you get a lot of use out of it too! I highly recommend this eye roll on for people that suffer with puffiness, redness or blotches around their eyes. It helps a lot to control your bags too, if used frequently.

I apologise for the badly lit photos i'll be using in the next couple of months. I'm currently living in a 'bunk-a-bin' on my uni campus, and the lighting is dreadful. Obviously, i'm in lectures throughout the day, and have to somehow work with artificial lighting in the evening, which gives off an orange glow. Annoying!!

On My Jolly Holidays...

Recently I went on holiday to Wales for a few days. I used to travel there all the time when I was younger because my Nan and Granddad live there. Though I haven't managed to return for quite a few years now, and was so excited when booking my holidays this year.

Before we had even got to our hotel, we decided to stop off in Abergele and climb a mountain. And let me tell you.. it was a mountain alright! It must have taken us around 30- 40 minutes to make it to the top, especially with the steep slopes and guessing the way. It was also around the only time throughout the whole holiday that I managed to gain any signal too. The view was beautiful too (the top photo), though i'm slightly gutted that there are black marks blocking some corners of my photos, which is down to my phone case. I didn't realise until after I got home.

We traveled up to Llandudno and stayed in such a cute hotel. It had a purple and white vintage theme and was exactly how I imagine my room to be in the future. Any vintage/ beauty fanatic would have loved it; I sighed a little every morning when I had to leave the room and go out, it was that nice! We only stayed for three days because of work, but we were sure to make the most of it.

Almost immediately after we arrived in Llandudno, we went straight for fish and chips, a holiday favorite of most, I just couldn't pass up the opportunity. I somehow also managed to find myself in an arcade after trailing through all the cute gift shops. Let me just say I am ace at those 2p machines! I was also shown what rock pooling was, which i'm now ashamed to admit I had never done before. For all you other first timers, you should really hurry up and take part, its so exciting finding all sorts of sea creatures under such tiny rocks!

Of course, on the second day I just had to go crabbing. I hadn't done it in so long and it's almost a necessity when in Wales, especially when we were so close to Colwyn. We had only been there for an hour, and managed to catch 53 crabs.. they weren't small ones either! I'm happy to say I soon caught the knack of that too, and had a smug smile on my face for the rest of the day.

The third day was travelling home day, but not before we went to the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A post on that will probably follow tomorrow. Not many of you know this, but I'm on a Zoo Management Degree Course, and I was quite shocked to see the enclosures these animals are kept in. I'm unsure whether that's because I'm used to Chester Zoo standards or what, but more of that will follow tomorrow!

All in all I had such a lovely few days in Wales, letting my hair down and having fun!
Where are you off on holiday?

Green Tea?

I have recently become a massive fan of green tea! I started my health kick around two weeks ago now, and on my journey, i've managed to adopt green tea too. I found it so hard to get into drinking it for the first 2-3 days, as the taste really is as vile as everyone thinks it is. But I now try to drink at least two cups of the stuff a day. I can't get over the amount of flavours and brands available, though I had never even looked in the green tea section before.
I have been absolutely loving the PG tips version of lemon flavoured green tea. It smells incredibly lemony, but it's a shame it doesn't actually taste of it. It's the only one I have tried at the minute, as my dad only just bought me the Knightsbridge version. He also picked up the plain green tea too, which i'm a bit unsure about, since theres not much taste with the added lemon to begin with.

So lets see why green tea is a definite YES!
  • It helps speed up your metabolism and energy levels
  • Not to mention it helps to clear up your skin
  • Helps lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels
  • Studies have shown it helps to prevent cancer and arthritis
  • It raises your immunity to common illnesses
  • It also helps to fight allergies
  • Helps lower blood sugar levels to protect from diabetes

Need I go on?
I think this is such a must for us all, regardless of whether or not you are trying to lose weight or tone up for the summer. All of the benefits involved should be enough to push you to try it, and you wont be disappointed with the results either!

Foundation Mixing | Yes or No?

So first off.. Is it even okay to mix two different liquid foundations together? Yes!
Even if they're not of the same consistency or brand? Yes!
Here's a nifty little trick for all you beginer beauty lovers!

I used to use Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation religiously before I started my blog. It was my go-to foundation and I didn't even question whether or not it was right for my skin type and colour. Although after searching around and realizing I do indeed want to try a bit more with my make-up and fashion, I then went out and bought Revlon Colorstay.

I managed to find an old photo I took of what the two colours look like. They both claim to be Ivory- I'm just as confused as you are. So as you can tell, there was a massive difference- not even a 'tan will solve it' difference, it was huge. Obviously I had tried the Revlon in the shop against my skin prior to buying it. But I think I tripped up a bit because I bought it in the winter, when I had no natural tan left in me. Anyway, you can imagine how washed out it has made me look ever since. I've carried on using it for the past couple of months, but it doesn't help me at all- I may as well not be wearing any foundation at all. So I finally took it upon myself to sort out the colour, and decided to mix my foundations together. Luckily I still had just under a quarter of a bottle of Wake Me Up left, so have since added around a quarter of my Colorstay foundation to the bottle too. It took a little while for it to properly mix (it resulted in my shaking and stirring) but I eventually sorted it.

This is the finished product on the left, compared to the Colorstay foundation on the right. I'm aware the camera doesn't do it any justice (again), but there is a slight difference in the colour. Using the Colorstay has helped to lighten my other foundation a lot, and I've finally got it to the perfect consistency and colour that looks right on my face- hallelujah!

Real Techniques Dupe | Budget Beauty

When I first started my blog, I really wanted to invest in buying some Real Techniques brushes, since everybody raves about them. But to be fair, I had never really looked at the price of them. I know a few of you will be thinking 'You can't put a price on beauty'. Well i'm sorry, but I can! I often browse through ebay to find beauty bargains (it never lets me down) and one day I came across these little beauties. Now obviously they don't have a name (if they did, it would probably be something similar to the real things), but after comparison, they are so similar!
I first bought the rose gold blender brush for £1.99.. I kid you not! It came within the week and I couldn't get over how soft it was! Apart from the name, I couldn't tell the difference- I still can't after using it for a few months. The hairs don't shed at all, and it is super easy to clean too. The only difference I have found at all from this is the price.
I then went on to buy the pink blush brush for £2.49. Again I thought this was a bargain, and I use this for my setting powder since I don't use blusher. I just can't get over how good these brushes are. The only downfall to the blush brush is that it wasn't as high a quality as the first one. I brought it off another seller, and as you can tell, some of the hairs are far too long for the brush. I did have to spend around 10 minutes trimming it all to make it look better. But it can't be all that perfect for the price!
Obviously, I want to make it clear that i'm not slating Real Techniques at all- I actually think it's great that two girls have managed to create something great. But for someone on a small budget, I unfortunately had to look elsewhere. I just thought it would be a good idea to share my findings with other people on a budget.
Cheeky no make-up selfie.

St. Moriz Fake Tan Mist

Today I want to talk about fake tan. Now that the warmer weather is very very slowly approaching, i've been mulling over using fake tan to help me along before the sun finally appears. I only recently purchased this (as you can tell), and it was the first time in my whole 20 years that I had ever fake tanned. It was on offer in asda for £3.. is that good? So in the end I thought 'what could possibly go wrong?'. In all fairness, nothing actually did go wrong! I realised almost immediately after purchasing it that I had picked up the mist, rather than the mousse, which almost instantly made me think it was going to go awful. I took to my phone straight after to start reading reviews about the mist, and saw people comparing the mousse and mist against each other- the results were always that the mousse was better, which was putting me off even more! I will be doing my own comparison when I get round to buying and using the mousse myself.
In the end I realised I just had to jump in to it, I couldn't prolong it any longer- and i'm glad I didn't. I had read about the mist being streaky or drying the skin, but I experienced neither since I moisturise after showering anyway. It actually looked extremely natural, since my other concern was that I have stupidly pale skin. I ended up spraying on to the mitt and then applying it to my skin, which gave me more control over the amount I used. I don't feel like any of it is wasted either, and the nozzle didn't clog at all for me. These were other problems people had found with the mist. The only downfall I saw to the mist is that it is instant, whereas the mousse takes 4-5 hours to build. It worked out well for me because I put it on and went out the same day. It also allowed me to see straight away the exact colour of the tan, rather than having a grueling wait for the result. However, because of it being instant, it also instantly disappeared in the shower, whereas (from seeing friends use it) the mousse appears to stay and slowly fade for around a week afterwards. So with the mousse, the can overall would last longer, and even though you have to wait, it would be more worth it.
Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take a picture of my skin before and after applying, though I will definitely be using it again, so photos will soon follow anyway.

Britain & Irelands Next Top Model | Mascara Set

Todays Budget Beauty is Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model Mascara set. Now before I begin, I did a bit of research this morning and found that you can't actually get these anymore, which is a shame because they are really good. I got these from Boots on a 3 for 2 offer around a year ago, and use them quite often. They came in a set of 3 for £9.99. So for any mascara, that it's ridiculously cheap anyway! They are my go-to mascara for lazy days, since it's easy to apply and easy to remove after.
There are three kinds- Curve, Long-Lash and Volume.
The Long-lash mascara uses a straight brush, with thick hair (at least I think it's hair) bristles, which i'm guessing helps to lengthen? I don't know.. The mascara itself is quite a thick texture, which I prefer because you then don't have to apply many coats of the stuff. It doesn't make your eyelashes clump together though, as you would have probably thought. There is a really nice fruity smell to it too, and it dries super quick. Neither of the products are waterproof, however, which isn't an issue for me. But if you feel the need to wear mascara whilst swimming, crying or in the gym, all you would need to do is add a topcoat of waterproof mascara. I use the long-lash the least, because I don't really think it makes a difference to my lash length, so doesn't really work like the others. But it is good for a basic mascara.
As you can see, the brush on this literally is a curve, which helps. The bristles are rubber, which I prefer. And again, there is a really nice fruity smell to the mascara. Obviously, for a cheap mascara, you can't really compare it to the upmarket mascaras that claim to add extra curve. However, I feel this one really does add curve, at least more curve than the long-lash or volume ones. So it doesn't fail in that sense. I usually use the long-lash mascara as a base, and the curve mascara as a top coat for best results from the two. Hopefully you've noticed that the bottles are all slightly different shapes too- this one is wider at the bottom, whereas the long-lash has a weird extra 'corner' (if you can call it that). The volume bottle was just bigger all round, but I thought this was a cute little touch to the design of them. I ended up running out of this, because it was really good.
It's a shame I can't seem to find these around anywhere online, because they really are worth the money.

Nail Art Tools

Over the years, I have gained quite a large collection of nail polishes, which I will show in depth sometime soon. But i'm also always on the lookout for new art tools to use to make the nail designs look a lot more professional. I've already shown you some of my designs, so I thought today I would move on to the tools I use. All of these were extremely inexpensive- I literally brought all of these for around £10 off ebay, they're so cheap!
Okay, so obviously these weren't under £10, but I think they were only around £18 for 36 of them! They come in quite tall bottles too, which all started off full to the brim. I bought these unbranded colours simply because the brush is a fine tip for extreme nail art designs. I use these for most of my designs because they are so easy to use, and the colour ranges are incredible.
I'll start left to right with these ones! When I first brought the finger for my false nails, I thought it was the scariest thing I had ever seen! But it has come in handy so much. I now use this every time instead of getting the paint on me or anywhere else. It was only around £2 too!
Secondly are the extra fine brushes. These are just paint brushes that I cut down to the sizes I wanted. The white/pen-like brushes are actual nail art brushes, but i've only used them a few times. I don't use the brushes as much though, since I can't really get on with them. They are a lot harder to use than I thought. Each set was around £2-£3 depending on the seller.
The black and white 'wheel' kind of things are literally stickers. I've used these quite a bit for when I want straight lines, as they are easy to pull off, or even to give straight/thin lines to a nail design. Once a top coat is added, they last for quite a while. Again these were dead cheap (2 for £1).
The wooden sticks are basically cuticle pushers/cleaners or whatever they are called. I got them in a nail set for christmas quite a while ago, they're extremely cheap to buy though. I use these to help add gems or touch up a design without having to use big brushes. They are mainly used when I do water marbling though. (Post soon to follow).
Lastly are my dotting tools. Hopefully most of you will know what these are already. They are literally just plastic tools with different sized balls on either end. I bought a pack of 5 for around £2, if that! These are a must for anybody wanting to do even simple nail designs. They help to easily add layers of paint or spread the colour easily. I really can't praise these enough, and they're so simple to use too!
So the close up of my brushes don't make them look very good at all, but they are. You can pretty clearly see that I cut the first three myself, since they look more staggered- I know I didn't really do a good job of it, but they still work fine. I needed them shorter! The last three are still the original size, which is probably why I find them so hard to use, since they are so long. I've also found (as you can see above) the small hairs tend to part, which makes it even harder to create the thin/neat lines.
I hope you all enjoy my nail art obsession. I'll more then happily show you techniques, tips and tricks on how to use these tools too!

Rimmel London Lasting Finish | 170 Alarm

I didn't mention it the other day, but I also brought Rimmel London's Lasting Finish lipstick in shade 170 Alarm. Now i'm not a big lipstick fan- before yesterday, I literally owned none! But I had been toying with the idea of buying some for nights out for ages! So I guess yesterday, I just caved in! The lipstick was £4.99 from Asda, and I think it's around that price from most other places too. This was a spur of the moment purchase too, in fact, my dad picked the colour as I just couldn't decide.
This may not be the best colour to show you, because it looks more like a red with a hint of purple, but it really is a bright, can't miss it on your face, kind of red. I did realise afterwards that it was a bright colour for me to try, but I know most girls with darker hair can usually pull it off.
I must say, I think the packaging is pretty cute though. It's a shimmery/glittery purple, with (of course) their famous crown logo on top. The lid feels really secure too, and there's no chance this baby will open itself, or drop off anytime soon. But whats it like on the lips? That's what you're all waiting for...
I must say, i'm a little disappointed with the outcome. I had read reviews saying what a good product it is, but i just can't seem to really get along with it. The photo does make it look worse than it does in person, i must admit that. The colour is a lot deeper, but as you can tell, it really does feel a bit patchy on my lips. Now I must say, I wear lipsil every day (whether I need it or not) to keep that constant moisture on my lips, so it's definitely not that it dries your lips out. I can't really work out where I went wrong with it though.
Let me know your thoughts on the lipstick?

Sunday Funday #2

Before you start,  I do realise that i've worn this outfit for the last three times i've been out. I can't help that I absolutely love it, though I know i'll end up overwearing it if i'm not careful. I went out again last night with one of my friends (I don't get to see her that much), and it was a pretty good night out. I should say, this is the fourth weekend in a row that I have been out. I've been out more this month, than I did throughout the whole of 2014, so it's not really something I would normally do.
I did a post about my nail art a few days ago, which you can also read here. So I will only lightly touch on this one. I booked the week off work ages ago, since I was supposed to be going away, but in the end I spent most of my week doing different nail art designs. It probably sounds sad, but it is ridiculously fun!
My graze box came yesterday! I get it once a fortnight and the pocket sized snacks are so nice! I originally signed up for my dad, when we were doing Insanity (look it up), but I usually steal the nicer flavours before he gets a chance to object. I really do suggest for anybody trying to lose weight to try these though. They're only £3.89, which is super cheap, considering you get four healthy snacks. The only downfall is that I end up eating them all on the first day!
I only bought this yesterday, but it is already my favourite purchase of the month. I was so dubious about trying it since I picked up the mist instead of the mousse, but I find it still works so well. There wasn't a single streak, dry or uneven patch on my body. I'll be doing a more indepth review of it pretty soon.

How has your week been? And what have you gotten up to?

Summertime Haul

I was wandering around Asda this morning, looking for a last minute Mothers Day present (I know, shame on me!) and I couldn't resist treating myself too along the way. I had been umming and arring about getting most of these for ages, and finally came to the conclusion that I deserved to treat myself! Obviously the tights were a necessity for me anyway because I always find myself ridiculously short on them, and i'm far too self-conscious to get my legs out in public. After that, I found my basket started to become heavier and heavier...
I've read so much about green tea and how good it is for you.. yadda yadda. So I finally thought instead of constantly reading reviews about the effects, I should just give it a go already! I had to pick one with a bit of flavour, since i've heard it's like drinking warm water otherwise. I didn't realise just how many brands and flavours there are! I'll let you know how and if I get on with these ones later on!
Next, I just couldn't resist it any longer- I had to buy some fake tan. Now I have never, like EVER fake tanned in my life. So lets just say I am extremely nervous about it! Being the ridiculously pale person I am, i've always imagined it would look completely stupid on me, but I can only cross my fingers and hope that it comes out really well for tonight. I'm that new to tanning too, I didn't realise how many different types there were for this either. It was a spur of the moment purchase, so I picked up the mist, which after reading some reviews straight after, I wish I hadn't have- the mousse sounds so much better! Especially for a first timer like myself!
Lastly I had to buy myself some new eyelash curlers, since I use them every day and my old pair had decided to split. I never realised just how much this beauty malarky would cost me! You should be pleased to know that I did eventually find my mum something too, which she will hopefully like :)

Nail Art Designs

Today I thought I would let you in on my nail art designs. If theres one thing I love doing, its designing nails. I've done it for around two years now by simply watching youtube videos, or copying pictures of other peoples nails. Now I am in no way at all a professional, and I know that a few of them aren't perfect, but I try my best. I found it easier over the years to use fake nails too, as working in retail, it's basically a waste of time to do my own, as they chip the very same day.
I recently bought myself a set of around 25 fine tipped nail polishes, which nail salons work with to get the fine details, so i've been practicing with them too to make my designs. Together with my already large collection of nail polishes, I must easily have 50+ different bottles to play around with. I picked 22 designs that I have accumulated over the weeks of messing around with the polishes, which I am quite proud of. I used many different techniques too (water marble, sponges, dotting, tape.. etc), which I may show you how to perfect later on if you like this!
Hopefully it will inspire some of you to attempt a few different nail designs in the future! :)

Make-up Store Sets | Budget Beauty

I thought I would try a different 'Beauty Budget' buy (wow what a tongue twister) and I bought a few make-up sets instead. How cute are they though! I must admit, i'm unable to use the bronzers.. well you've seen how pale I am. They are far too dark for my skin colour. But I have been using them as eye shadow palettes instead, which work just as well. These sets would both make cute presents for any tanned/dark skinned make-up fanaticThey are just so ridiculously pigmented, considering they are unbranded and inexpensive.
I've been using the eye shadow palette the most (at least i think thats what it's meant to be). These are also super pigmented and last for ages. They also have a hint of glitter in each colour too, since they're meant to be used on toned skin. I use the white the most to brighten up around my eyes. The tiny brush is pretty cute too. I don't wear eye shadow, in fact, this is now the first and only palette I own, but it's small enough to fit in my make-up bag, and is neutral enough to keep me happy.
I've only used the mascara a few times. It's a super tiny, compact mascara, which is surprisingly really good. There is no smell to it whatsoever, not even a horrible chemically smell that sometimes taints mascaras. Overall, it's actually a really good product too- not too thick or thin, quick to dry and although it doesn't really make your lashes look much longer/thicker, it does make them extremely black. C'mon, what do you expect for a make-up set?
Lastly, like I said, I use the bronzer as another eye shadow. Obviously this palette is far too big for me to carry around though to top up my eyes, so I haven't really used it that much as off yet. I did think the brush was ideal for my setting powder though.. until I tried it. I guess I should really have expected cheaper brushes to fall apart on your face, but I wanted to remain optimistic throughout. Well at least I tried!

Statement Necklaces.

Well statement necklaces aren't exactly new in the fashion world, but it's something I have only just become interested in. Considering I have my own accessories department where I work, you would also have thought I would own loads of them by now, but I actually get bored of the sight of them all. After treating myself to a haul of new clothes a few weeks ago, I thought it was about time to jump on to the bandwagon and purchase some for myself. I didn't realise just how much I would wear them after buying them either- almost every day!
The silver diamante necklace is definitely more of a going out kind of necklace for me, since it is very pretty and girly. In my post from a few weeks ago, you can see me dressing it up for a night out (read here). I seem to have my own style with fashion, and don't bother with trying to hunt for the latest fashion, or look at what celebs wear. I tend to wear what is more comfortable for me. So for me, the diamantes on the necklace dress up each outfit a little too much, and they never seem to go with what I am wearing.
These last two are the complete opposite, which is probably why I like them so much. These two suit my fashion sense so much more, because they are much bolder with the colour. I love the fact that this one has the added black colour too though, so I can often match either my shoes or trousers with it. The only flaw i have with this necklace is the fact it is plastic rather than metal. I suppose it wont oxidize and eventually turn green, but up close it does look a bit cheap.
My last necklace is the first one i ever brought. It's still my favourite and the one I mostly return to day after day. It's so simple, yet so detailed at the same time that it fits in with almost all of my outfits. The block gold colour helps a lot too.
I know that eventually I will end up with a ridiculous amount of statement necklaces, especially since I work around them almost every single day. Yet i'm not even worried, because these statements have become almost a necessity for my outfits.
You can't tell from these, but i'm really trying to add a bit of colour to my outfits, honestly! Especially coming up to summer, I really want to get in to summer colours again this year, with the hippy/boohoo kind of look.

What's your take on statement necklaces?

Budget Beauty

First of all, i'm sorry for the week off. I've been ill, so took the week to recover and start to feel like myself again. So let me begin...
I know not everybody can afford the expensive make-up purchases that many blogs are able to have, and although it's nice to see their reviews even though you will probably never have a chance to purchase them anyway, I rarely see any 'budget' make-up posts. So with that being said, I have taken it upon myself to start off a weekly 'Budget Beauty' post. I even went to the trouble of creating the stamp above!
I won't spend too long mentioning the Collection 2000 concealer, as by now I hope everyone owns this. For £4.19, it's the best concealer I have ever used. I remember back in the day, when I first purchased this (I was about 16) and it was only around £2.99 for the tube. Just shows how good it is, that people are still buying it even with the price raise! I've seen many posts about this concealer, and many have even said it's better than MAC concealers. There's not much more to say about the concealer, it does what you expect it to do any has very little flaws. It provides full coverage, lasts all day, and is just any girls necessity.
Next is Natural Collection pressed powder. Natural Collection always seems to get pushed to the side for some reason. I personally think it's because of how cheap their make-up is. You pay for what you get and all of that. Though I could be wrong. But I know i'm one of those people that tend to walk straight past the Natural Collection station when i'm out shopping, and it's sad to think we could all be walking past a really good product. I have used their pressed powder for as long as I can remember. Granted, it doesn't come in many shades (3 to be precise) but at £1.99 it does it's job perfectly. I use the powder every day to set my foundation, and it lasts all day. It also gives enough coverage for your lazy days when you don't want to go all out with your make-up. Considering I do literally brush a thin layer of the powder all over my face every single day, I have had this tub of the stuff for around 8-9 months. Which is crazy considering the price. I think this is the perfect powder/setter for anybody getting in to beauty or who are on a tight budget.

Let me know your thoughts on Natural Collection products, and how do you like the 'Budget Beauty' posts?
